donovan paired with martinek is light years better than paired with carkner. Also, Hickey, played extremely well despite covering for Carkner as his partner. This kid may get even better.

Did anyone realize that Miro Satan was trying out for the Isles again before the season started and continued to practice at Iceworks the first couple of weeks......he came in to my mothers dentist office in syosset and got a autograph .....i always liked Miro..class act

Rather Kabanov get the call back from ECHL exile, but oh well! Barring a horrible series of injuries, I can't see Sim actually signing with the Isles and playing a game for them, right? RIGHT!?

EDIT -- also, wasn't he shown the door last time because he refused to/failed to report to BPort? Seems like a bigger violation than missing a meeting or a back check or some of the other minor BS that seems to earn some players in the organization a scarlet letter for life.

Veteran help? What on earth can Strome or any of our highly touted prospects learn from a heaping pile of mosquito sh!t like Jon Sim? Nothing...it's a waste. Would rather they bring someone from the ECHL or Kabanov to Bport instead is Sim. Or even Yashin!
